Wednesday 7/7 Gateway = Creating time to unplug from the matrix; how this up levels our reality & expands our awareness. All of our answers exist in the still space. In fact, our brain is only wired to think clearly when we are relaxed!

Friday 9/7 = Is your energetic coding operating for or against you; In this session we look at the universal laws and how our vibration draws our experiences.

Monday 12/7 = How our shadows support our evolution; how archetypal guardians shine the light of transformation. Archetypes have been used to understand patterns of energy since their inception by Carl Jung over 100 years ago and provide useful information into our psyche and common behaviour tendencies. 

Wednesday 14/7 = Transcending 3D into 5D reality; how this benefits consciously creating your own life. The bridge is a change in perspective, moving from fear based thinking into higher frequency love.

All live groups will be a mix of theory and practice so you will have tools to continue on with to deepen your relationship to your true essence, your higher self. Ascension and awakening are an ever ongoing process... there is no destination. As we release density and lower vibrational patterns of energy from our subconscious basement, we naturally become lighter without effort and the world around us starts to change :)

Sessions are all recorded and you will receive long term access to the teachings and practices on your very own online portal. You can come back to them anytime your feel you need a little boost!
