This season we will be exploring our immune system. How it works and how we can support it to do what it is supposed to, in a balanced way! Learn simple natural ways to be sure your immune system looks after you when it needs to and also how to reduce it over-reacting when you don't want it to.
Getting frequent colds and flu, as well as just feeling run down can all be signs of an under active immune system.
Allergies, intolerances and sensitivities are all signs of this system over-reacting.
Often certain triggers in the environment, stress, medications and patterns of behaviour can impact the functioning of this amazing system! Research shows different natural ways we can help to bring immunity back into balance both physically and emotionally... interstingly, happiness has actually been shown to increase the production of our helper immune cells, whilst pessimism has the opposite effect.
You don't have to passively suffer with your health.... take steps to be informed and empowered. It's not hard once you know how :)
The day will include a mixture of yoga, meditation and relaxation, suitable for all levels, as well as healthy snacks and lunch provided.
