This season we will be exploring the best and easiest ways to live with Vitality... How you can reclaim and maintain true wellness no matter what is happening in or around you. No pills or powders needed!
Dr Niikee will share with you what, why and how common things are easily available to support our health and wellbeing, longevity and youthful energy levels, into the long term. You don't have to passively suffer through any ill health anymore.... take steps to be empowered and allow your life to change for the better :)
The second session we will chat about mindfulness and ways to quiet the 'busy mind'. Leave stress behind with some simple yet very effective techniques to keep your calm and create peace in the chaos <3
The day will include a mixture of yoga, meditation and relaxation, suitable for all levels, as well as healthy snacks and lunch provided. Cost includes all yoga classes, interactive talks and delicious food through the day.

1.30pm - Looking into the effects of the 'busy mind' and how a variety of different lifestyle and meditation practices can change your life
