About the Event
This season we will be exploring our immunity. How it works and how we can support it to do what it is supposed to, in a balanced way! Sometimes there can be triggers in the environment and in also in certain patterns of behaviour, both of which impact the functioning of this amazing system.
Research suggests there are a number of natural ways we can help to bring immunity back into balance both physically and emotionally! Happiness has actually been shown to increase the production of our T helper cells, whilst sadness has the opposite effect.
Dr Niikee will share with you some tools including some of the basics of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or tapping. There is mounting evidence also in the research about the benefits of these types of techniques!
You don't have to passively suffer your health anymore.... take steps to be empowered and watch your world change around you ;)
The day will include a mixture of yoga, meditation and relaxation, suitable for all levels, as well as healthy snacks and lunch provided.
