Holistic healing is true wellness... body, mind & spirit!

Traditional Medicine Practices –

Age-old practices have always seen the body as a whole, where the mind, body and spirit are one integrated system. Disharmony, imbalances and disease begin in the subconscious and then translate as body symptoms, affecting our mind, thoughts and feelings.

Over time various self-limiting thought processes and patterns of behaviour can suppress emotions or create negativity. These dense energies build up resistance in various organs and tissues in the body, interrupting their harmonious vibration and energy flow.

These principles have been recognised for millennia. Here, the concept of disease is a move away from wellness, away from ‘ease’, towards 'dis' ease. Once identified, energetic barriers may be transformed to allow healing as a return to balance, which is our true state.

Ancient medicine lineages including Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda, as well as Western Temple Mysticism, are now supported by scientific research verifying many of these original concepts.

Intuitive Guidance/ Medical Intuition -

Everything made up of energy: the entire body and everything within it. Memories, emotions and conditions can imprint disharmonious patterns in the energy field creating blockages to that area of the body. Over time, these result in physical distress and a range of signs and symptoms in the body.

Strong emotions and beliefs, trauma, injuries, sickness and disease affect the flow of energy, leaving imprints and other information patterns held within and expressed by the physical body. These imprints can come through DNA and family lines as seen with genetic tendencies or can be created in a particular timeline, through direct experiences.

This information can be accessed during an intuitive session and assisted to be released with a range of support tools such as sacred meditation journeys, energetic and elemental breathwork, channelled messages from the attending guides and flower essence therapy.

Naturopathic & Nutritional Medicine –

Natural Medicine is based on the principle that nature provides all that we need to maintain health.

All essential nutrients consumed through a health promoting plant-based diet, are required for the proper functioning of the body. No two people are exactly alike so there is no one treatment that suits everyone with a labelled 'dis-ease'. One of the main tenants is in the treatment of people, not diseases, which is key to finding balance so the body can heal itself!

As with all styles of traditional medicine, when treating any disease, underlying causes are addressed based on the individual and related to their environment, as well as ancestry and state of mind. Treatments then aim to support the body in self-healing, utilising a range of diet, herbs, nutrition and lifestyle interventions.

The body heals itself in the right environment so finding what's right for you as an individual is key to supporting your health and longevity.

Shamanic Practices –

Shamanic practice is the experience of walking between worlds to be supported by the guides that love us unconditionally. They highlight what is happening to create disharmony in your energetics and life at the present time, as well as how it is playing out in the world around you.

The guides then direct a healing process, whether it be soul retrieval, ancestral lineage disentanglement, inner child harmonisation, and past/concurrent life clearings. A wide variety of other energy healing processes can be used during a session, based on what is most appropriate for you at the time.

All is held in reverence for nature and the acknowledgment of Great Spirit source energy that exists in all things.

Flower Essence Therapy -

Flower Essences move beyond the physical to address and support various mental and emotional aspects and programmes in the subconscious which create barriers to regaining health.

If left unresolved, these disharmonious patterns continue to deteriorate health and affect life on many levels. Working to dissolve subconscious blocks, these remedies work gently yet profoundly to release suffering and patterns of behaviour that are not serving any benefits.

The essence remedies assist in vibrationally transforming energy and allow a greater awareness in situations so that they can more easily be resolved.

Wellness Counselling -

Wellness counselling uses processes based on where a person is at the present moment and where they are ready and needing to be moving forward, to better find peace and joy in their lives.

A variety of approaches, including Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Shamanic journeys and Intuitive Guidance methods, are utilised to uncover barriers and blockages to wellness and assist in their release.

As these patterns are allowed to be transformed, energy becomes more free and light, as the energy holding suffering and misunderstanding is realised and released. When energy flows freely and smoothly through our system, without barriers and blocks, we have the opportunity to really thrive and create the life that we want.

Yoga -

Yoga Group

Yoga is an ancient practice which includes breath control, simple meditation and the adoption of specific body postures to enhance health and relaxation!

Yoga offers a direct means to still the natural turbulence of thoughts and restlessness in the body, allowing clarity and awareness to come through. It is in the stillness that greater awareness is mastered as we sit in a space of peacefulness and contemplation.

Much scientific research into it's benefits is surfacing in the literature. If you do yoga you will completely understand the benefits it brings to you, but for those who don't, it's always a good time to give it a go.

Mindfulness & Meditation Practices -

Being aware of the nature of our mind is an important key to taming those thought processes that bring suffering.

Focusing on the negative, the past and other possible scenarios in the future take us out of what is happening in the now, the present moment and has the potential to cause massive amounts of stress and overwhelm. Mindful practices teach us ways to avoid these typical pitfalls of the mind, allowing us to find deep states of peace and contentment. From this space, we are able to access the deeper layers of our own potential and thrive rather than just survive.

According to the American Psychological Association, mindfulness techniques have the potential to affect moods, enhance self-control and flexibility in attitudes, balance emotions, improve concentration and mental clarity, as well as the ability to relate to others and one's self with kindness, acceptance and compassion. There is a growing body of evidence in the scientific literature looking into these concepts and demonstrating just how effective it can be with a little bit of time and patience.
