Wellness is such a popularised thing these days, but what does it mean at it's core?
It is something more than just being free of symptoms and dis-ease. When we move into true wellness, we really start to live a life full of vitality and the joy of living!
When we speak of holism, this refers to seeing ourselves as an integrated whole with the body, mind and spirit. Being treated as an individual person rather than a dis-ease is the underlying principle, along with consideration what is happening both on the inside and outside.
