My love for yoga began in 2005, when my high pressure work schedule needed some serious balance. Since then yoga has really changed my life, allowed me to release the shackles and create space to breathe in this busy world!
My passion for the practice lead me to complete my first teacher training in 2011. Since then I've completed further teacher trainings below, to better facilitate classes for a wider audience and with different needs -

Weekly Scheduled Yoga Classes - Online only
While we are all on social distancing and restrictions, there is now an online option so you can attend class from where ever you are! Get in touch and I can assist you with the online platform if required :)
At home you will need your mat and a chair that you can pop your laptop or tablet on, so you can see me and I can see you. I have the projector set up on the side wall so I can see all of you life size and the camera pointing just at me so you guys can see me clearly too! Hallways or garages are a good option or a back deck or garden, unless there is another open space you can use inside or out... anywhere there is room to step back a bit from the screen so I can see you, will be wonderful.

Private and Small Group Classes
I also offer private and small group yoga classes by appointment at other times. You can book a session on your own or bring along a friend or 2! Choose any style that you like if you have a preference. Each session concludes with a guided meditation which is recorded for you to take home and practice.
