My love for yoga began in 2005, when my high pressure work schedule needed some serious balance. Since then yoga has really changed my life, allowed me to release the shackles and create space to breathe in this busy world!
Developing great passion for the practice lead me to complete my first teacher training in 2011. Since then I've completed further teacher trainings below, to better facilitate classes for a wider audience and with different needs -

We are back in studio, however on social distancing and space restrictions, so class sizes are limited... best to book early to avoid disappointment!

Tuesday 5.30pm Gentle Yoga

Saturday 8.30am Hatha (In the park - Village Green @ Wellington Point)
Casual classes $20 - single class pass
7 class pass $77 - valid 2 months (best value for once a week attendance)
Monthly unlimited $77 - includes access to any live classes and the online pre-recorded class library that you can access and yoga anywhere anytime!

Private and Small Group Classes
I also offer private and small group yoga classes by appointment at other times. You can book a session on your own or bring along a friend or 2! Choose any style that you like if you have a preference. Each session concludes with a guided meditation which is recorded for you to take home and practice.
